OpenLedgr
Privacy Policy
This page explains what OpenLedgr collects, why it collects it, and how connected Gmail, Plaid, and authentication data are handled.
Effective date
April 13, 2026.
Information we collect
OpenLedgr may collect account information, authentication data, Gmail content and metadata, Plaid account and transaction data, calendar data, workspace configuration, and operational logs needed to run the service.
How we use information
OpenLedgr uses this information to authenticate users, sync connected accounts, detect bills and recurring charges, display workspace status, and operate, secure, and improve the application.
Sharing and processors
OpenLedgr does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by Convex, WorkOS, Google, Plaid, and OpenAI only as needed for the features a user enables.
Storage and security
Data stored in Convex is encrypted at rest. Sensitive tokens are encrypted before storage, browser traffic uses HTTPS, and webhook endpoints validate shared secrets when configured.
Retention and deletion
OpenLedgr retains data only as long as needed to provide the service and support operational requirements. Users can disconnect connectors or delete a workspace to remove associated OpenLedgr records and tokens where supported by the provider.
Contact
For privacy requests, contact the OpenLedgr maintainer through the project repository or the support channel published with the deployment.
